Navagraha – Planetary Consciousness Yoga
Master Mitrah’s Signature Practice
Navagraha is an ancient, sacred science of nine planetary intelligences which, since the dawn of time, guide humanity through the rhythms of fate, karma, destiny, and spiritual awakening. Master Mitrah’s signature Navagraha yoga practice, created and developed over many years, is a unique combination of ancient knowledge, work with the body, breath, sound, mantra, and direct contact with the divine forms of the planets.
This is not an ordinary physical practice.
It is a living dialogue between humanity and cosmic intelligence.
What is Navagraha?
Navagraha means “Nine Forces of Light”. They are planetary beings of consciousness which, in Yogic and Vedic traditions, are not merely regarded as celestial bodies, but as
divine energies influencing the mind, body, emotions, karma, and spiritual path of humanity.
Master Mitrah’s signature Navagraha yoga teaches how to enter into conscious contact with them,
how to recognize their influences in one’s life, and how to engage in conscious dialogue with them.
The nine planets are nine living powers:
☉ Sun – Soul, consciousness, willpower
☽ Moon – Mind, emotions, subconscious
♂ Mars – Energy of action, courage, fire
☿ Mercury – Intellect, communication, speech
♃ Jupiter – Wisdom, expansion, spiritual development
♀ Venus – Love, beauty, relationships, sensuality
♄ Saturn – Karma, time, discipline, soul lessons
☊ Rahu – Illusion, desires, transformation
☋ Ketu – Liberation, detachment, enlightenment
Master Mitrah’s Signature Path
The practice, which Master Mitrah leads and transmits, is the fruit of many years of spiritual research, initiations, energy work, ancient mantras, and personal experience of contact with divine planetary forms.
It is a path:
- based on ancient Yogic and Vedic knowledge,
- deepened through multidimensional work with breath, movement, mudra, and sound,
- strengthened by direct energetic experience, not theory.
Each practice is a living ritual – a meeting of human consciousness with the consciousness of the planets.
What does the practice of Navagraha yoga involve?
During a session, the participant enters a deep process of:
- special planetary asanas, activating specific energies in the body,
- breathing techniques (pranayama) opening energetic channels,
- planetary mantras, which are vibrational codes for communicating with specific energies,
- mudras and bandhas, directing the flow of prana,
- meditations and visualizations, enabling direct contact with the divine form of the planet. Each planet has its own distinct sequence, rhythm, sound, color, and field of consciousness.
It is a practice that:
- cleanses karma,
- harmonizes destiny,
- heals relationships,
- strengthens life force,
- opens the heart,
- stabilizes the mind,
- restores contact with one’s own destiny.
Dialogue with the Divine Form of the Planet
The deepest aspect of this path is conscious dialogue with the personal, divine form of the planet. Planets are not mere symbols here – they are living energies with which one can:
- converse on the level of consciousness,
- receive insights, healings, and guidance,
- resolve karmic conflicts,
- transform blockages inscribed in destiny,
- restore the soul’s primal harmony with the cosmos.
This yoga is for those who no longer wish to merely exercise the body
Who is this practice for?
Navagraha is for individuals who:
- feel a calling for deep transformation,
- work with astrology, energy, spiritual development,
- wish to heal areas of life related to relationships, work, health, destiny,
- experience recurring karmic patterns,
- seek authentic, living spirituality.
No prior yoga experience is required – an open heart and a readiness to meet oneself are entirely sufficient spotkania z samym sobą są w zupełności wystarczające.
Navagraha as an Initiatory Path
This practice is not a one-time experience. It is a path. It is a process of initiation, in which, step by step, one regains connection with their soul, with time, with destiny, and with the cosmic order.
It is a yoga of:
- courage,
- truth,
- responsibility for one’s own life,
- awakening inner light.
